گارانتی:

کالاهای ساخته شده با نام تجاری  دارای 18 ماه گارانتی و 10 سال خدمات پس از فروش می‌باشد. موارد زیر به اختصار مشمول گارانتی نمی‌باشد:

-  بروز صدمه به دستگاه در اثر استفاده نادرست

-  صدمات ناشی از حمل و نقل و نصب نادرست دستگاه

- تعمیرات نادرست و توسط افراد و تعمیرگاه‌های غیرمجاز

-  صدمات ناشی از حوادث و پیشامدهای طبیعی

- قطعات برقی و الکترونیکی و مصرفی

- خدمات کالیبراسیون دوره‌ای و سالیانه جزء تعهدات دوره گارانتی نمی‌باشد و انجام این خدمات مشمول هزینه می‌باشد.

Guarantee

-Azmoon products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 18 monthes from the date of shipment. We will repair or replace such items as may prove defective at our option. Under no condition will we allow labor charges or other expenses to repair defective merchandise without our approval.

-We accept no responsibility for damage or abuse to apparatus due to improper installation or operation

Note

In the case of any goods not manufactured by the company but supplied by them or incorporated within the company^,s goods, the company is unable to provide any warranty but will assign to or pass on to the customer the benefit of any such warranty that the company shall itself have received from its own supplier.

The expertise calibration laboratory AZMOON SANJ DAGHIGH began professional work since 2012 with the aim of providing calibration service for all kinds of measuring equipment associate with soil mechanics laboratory and quality control of beforehand concrete and strength of constructional materials.

We are an accredited Institute of Standard and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI) Calibration Laboratory.Our calibration laboratory is also getting ready to be assessed by (ISIRI) in case of conform its properties to ISO 17025.

Now after three decades of expertise work in productive process, maintenance, run and in house calibration of soil mechanics laboratory equipment. AZMOON SAZ MABNA with management of Eng. Asghar Mollazadeh has succeeded to establish a calibration laboratory (AZMOON SANJ DAGHIGH) with official justification and superintendence of Iranian standard institute and industrial research center with 5000 customer around the country.

Laboratory objectives included by amplification of standard and metrology culture in productive and industrial process, improving of certainty factor and quality of soil mechanics equipment especially industrial group production made by AZMOON with recruitment of highly profession engineers.
